Challenges during prototype manufacturing might vary from main tasks in serial production and so also manufacturing partners might change accordingly.
The selection from OpSys Project Consulting is independent and neutral, exclusively focussing on the demands and requirements of the customer (i.e. costs, speed, reliability, accuracy etc.). During the project, the manufacturing partners and suppliers are further evaluated and qualified to continuously improve performance. Project management services for transfer from prototypes to serial production are provided.
